Converted Plano Millers
It is pitiable to see huge, old planers being discarded. With little investment, these condemned planers can be revived into incredible, highly productive Plano millers. In Shenoy Engg, we take pride in being instrumental in giving new lease of life to more than 2000 old planers.
We also buy the old planing machines in whatever condition they are available. We bring such planers to our works; scrape the sliding surfaces for a good blue-matching and replace the worm out rotating parts like bearings, lead screws, box nut etc. After assembly, geometrical alignment and testing to the test-chart parameters, we convert these machines into Plano millers by retrofitting our milling heads and feed system package.
